To share with you the technical requirements for fire emergency lighting:

First; the emergency conversion time of fire emergency luminaries should be no more than 3s.

Second: The emergency working time of LED fire emergency sign lights should be greater than 120min, and the emergency working time of fire emergency lights should be greater than 90min.

Third: The color of the fire emergency sign light should be green (when the light source is on). The surface brightness should meet the following requirements: the surface brightness of graphics and text should be no less than 25cd/m2, and the brightness should be no more than 200 cd/m2.

Fourth: When the fire emergency lighting is switched from the main power supply to the emergency power supply, the luminous flux of the double-head lamp series and the electronic energy-saving lamp series should not be lower than 70% of the luminous flux of the light source at the rated voltage. The luminous flux of the fluorescent lamp series should be greater than the light source. 40% of the luminous flux at rated voltage.

Fifth: Fire emergency lighting fixtures that use fluorescent tubes as the light source should not connect the starter to the emergency circuit.

Sixth: The emergency state of the fire emergency luminaire should not be affected by the short circuit and grounding of the main power supply line.

Seventh: Fire emergency sign lights, double head lights should be set to simulate the main power supply failure of the self-recovery test button.

Eighth: Fire emergency sign lights and double head lights should be set with main power, charging and fault status indicators. The main power state is green, the charging state is red, and the fault state is yellow.

Ninth: When the fire emergency luminaire is in an abnormal state where the light source is not connected, the light source is not working properly, or the light source specification does not meet the requirements, the surface temperature of the internal component should not exceed 90 °C, and the normal charging of the battery is not affected. After the light source is restored, the fire emergency luminaire should be able to work normally.

Tenth: Fire emergency luminaires should have over-charge protection and short-circuit protection of the charging circuit. When the charging circuit is short-circuited, the temperature of the internal component surface should not exceed 90 °C. After the battery is reinstalled, the fire emergency luminaire should work properly.
