How to install the fire emergency light, there are some precautions for installation in the installation.

Determine the installation location of the luminaire and power box, select the appropriate installation method, and prepare the three-core cable and five-core cable of the corresponding length.

1. Use a hex wrench to open the power box cover with the cable entry and remove the ballast.

2. Connect one end of the prepared three-core cable to the ballast from the output end of the power box according to the explosion-proof requirements.

3. Connect one end of the five-core cable from the power box input to the ballast.

4. Insert the battery wiring into the corresponding positive and negative battery terminals on the board.

After fixing the lamp and power box separately according to the determined position, use the Allen key to unscrew the fastening screws around the front cover of the lamp, open the front cover, and connect the other end of the three-core cable to the lamp according to the explosion-proof requirements. The cover is fixed; the other end of the five-core cable is connected to the mains according to the explosion-proof requirements, and the illumination can be realized.

Pulling the emergency function switch on the ballast circuit board to the OFF position can realize the external wiring control emergency function of the lamp (if no wire control emergency is required, just pull the switch to the ON position, and the emergency function can be automatically realized when the power is off.

When we replace the lamp, use an Allen key to unscrew the fastening screws around the front cover of the lamp, open the front cover, unscrew the old lamp, replace the new lamp, and then fix the front cover.
